Dr. Robert Earl Price
During the more than 42 years that Dr. Price served as pastor of New Mount Zion Church of Dallas, Inc. his congregation grew from less than one hundred members to over 2,000 members. The church, New Mount Zion, was a direct reflection of his ambition, values and vision.

Rev. Dr. Robert Earl Price - Born January 26, 1932 and passed away July 14, 2012 - Survived by wife, Deloris Price; son, Robert Price, Jr.; daughters, Patricia Hicks, Lisa Rausaw and husband Kelvin, Sr.; grandsons, Donald Hicks and wife Amber, Kelvin Rausaw, Jr. and Kortland Rausaw.


Dr. Price graduated from Prairie View A&M University in 1954 with a degree in Agriculture and Mathematics. He also attended Bishop College for training in the field of Theology.

An original Hamilton Park homeowner in North Dallas, Pastor Price was a key inspiration to his community who loved to serve the Lord and others.
